Description:
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining a successful relationship with an existing portfolio of clients, ensuring that customers receive the expected levels of service and communication and that the products are delivered as agreed.
Key activities of the KAM:
- Attend briefings to understand Client Requirements
- Order planning: ensure order confirmation by client, load client details on SAP
Qualifications and Experience:
Matric Additional relevant qualification is beneficial Thorough practical knowledge on Excel SAP experience (advantageous) Experience in the garment, fashion or textile industry Customer driven, highly communicate relationship builder
This role will suit a KAM who enjoys building relationships with their customers and delivering on excellent service and product standards. Someone who is open to travelling to visit customer sites and who can lead their team of field agents collaboratively and effectively. This role is focused on maintaining the existing customer base through ongoing service and relationship management.
