A well-established importer and distributor of batteries and energy storage solutions is seeking an experienced Regional Branch Manager to oversee operations, sales, and staff management for the Johannesburg region. The role involves full accountability for financial performance, inventory control, and business growth. Requirements:- Qualifications: Business or Management qualification (Essential).
- Minimum 7 years in a management role.
- Minimum 10 years in senior sales and sales management.
- Proven track record managing high-value portfolios.
- Strong background in stock control and warehouse management.
- Knowledge of HR processes and performance management.
- Experience working with financial metrics (income statements, profit margins, cost control).
