Description:
Our client in the retail industry is seeking a Properties Recons Clerk to join their team. You will be responsible for capturing bulk payments and drafting detailed recons, dealing with the landlords, calculating annual rate increases etc.
Requirements:
Grade 12
Min 3 years property finance/clerical experience
Strong recons
Computer literate
Strong numeric skills
Available immediately
