- Responsible for using various equipment and machinery to assist with production.
- Assist with production function and some maintenance related tasks.
- Demonstrate a commitment to communication, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environment areas.
- Prioritize SAFETY, then QUALITY, followed by PRODUCTION.
- Ensure a safe working environment for self and others at all time.
- Understand and comply with Environmental Health and Safety policies to ensure that environmental, health and safety initiatives at the facility and assist as needed to improve EHS.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, tidy and organized at all times.
- Trains and coach other employees when needed.
- Operator to report all defects and unsafe condition to his/her supervisor.
- Complete the pre-operational checklist as per company standard.
- Preservation of Machine Hygiene.
- Ensure machine is operated properly according to company standards

- Competency certificates for FEL, Excavator and ADT advantageous. Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Mobile Crushers and Static plant equipment.
- Ability to work a varied schedule under diverse conditions and according to sometimes stringent time schedules.
- Basic communication skills (written and oral).
- Willing to work overtime when required.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Problem Solving Skills.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
