Description:
Join a freight and shipping team as a Route Planning Clerk in the Western Cape!
You’ll be responsible for organising and managing air and sea freight shipments, including planning routes and handling import/export paperwork. You’ll work with customs, shipping lines, and other authorities to make sure cargo is moved correctly. The role includes working with controlled goods, calculating tariffs, and making sure clients are billed accurately.
Requirements:
To qualify for this role, you’ll need a Matric certificate and at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within clearing and forwarding. Knowledge of freight forwarding software is required.
Graduates with internship experience will be considered for the above position.
