Description:
A fantastic company based in Midrand requires 2 x Project Managers.
Job purpose: Ensure that all customer projects implementations are delivered within the committed time frames. Facilitate and drive all the necessary end-to-end requirements in terms of successful project implementation. The incumbent will be working with internal and external teams which are not limited to Internal Sales, Suppliers, Customers, Support, and the Installs team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Needs to plan projects as per the budget set by the business and client.
- Required to coordinate with his/her team members to accomplish the projects assigned to him/ her from start to finish.
- Required to monitor the project.
- Must supervise the project.
- Required to ensure that the project is done as per the set guidelines.
- Delivers quality work.
- Required to initiate the work and work until it is completed.
- Required to discuss the progress of the project with the senior stakeholders as well as the clients.
- Required to update all project related info onto the business database (SOC/SNOW/ google drive - soft copy] on a daily basis.
- Ensure that the assigned subordinates follow all instructions related to the project within the workflows (Stock allocation/returns/job cards/test results/billing etc).
Requirements:

- Relevant tertiary qualification in Project Management or equivalent.
- Must have at least 3 years’ Operations / Project Management experience.
- Exposure to an ISP/ICT/Telecoms environment preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Own vehicle is essential.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.

- Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
- Time management with an ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills.

- Self-supervision as well as being able to work in a team environment.
Requirements:
