Description:

Full-time sales representative required for a Cape Town based manufacturing and PPE supplies company.

Duties:

Lead Generation and Outreach: Identifying potential customers, contacting them (via phone, email, or in-person), and building relationships.

Product Knowledge: Thoroughly understanding the company's products or services to effectively pitch them to customers.

Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Presenting product features, negotiating prices and terms, and preparing sales agreements. Customer Relationship Management: Managing existing customer relationships, following up with them, and addressing their needs.
Meeting Sales Targets: Striving to achieve individual and team sales goals.
Reporting: Tracking sales performance and preparing reports for management. Order Processing: Receiving, processing, and verifying customer orders (online, email, or phone).
Customer Service: Answering customer inquiries, providing information about products, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Database Management: Maintaining accurate customer records, updating CRM systems, and ensuring data integrity.
Invoice Management: Preparing and issuing invoices, and tracking payments.
Reporting and Analysis: Generating sales reports, tracking sales performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
Sales Support: Assisting sales representatives with various tasks, such as preparing presentations, scheduling meetings, and managing sales collateral.
Inventory Management: In some cases, assisting with inventory management and order fulfillment
