Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused General Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll support day-to-day store operations, assist customers with their purchases, and help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

Provide product knowledge and recommendations to help customers make informed purchases

Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) systemKeep the shop floor clean, tidy, and presentable at all times

Skills & Qualifications:

Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic math skills for handling cash and card transactions
