Contract: Immediate to end of July 2025
Overview:
Experienced financial professional to support the finance team with complex balance sheet reconciliations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and preferably an understanding of insurance industry accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform detailed reconciliation of complex balance sheet accounts.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in ledger and sub-ledger accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams (actuarial, claims, policy administration) to ensure accuracy of financial records.
Assist in documenting reconciliation processes and internal controls.
Support the month-end and quarter-end close processes.
Assist with resolving financial year-end and audit queries (June year-end).
