Our company is looking for an admin staff to join our team.
Key responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties including data entry ,filing,and document management.
Manage phone calls,emails,and correspondence
Schedule meetings
Prepare reports , presentations and other documents needed
Assist in coordinating office activities and operations
Maintain a well organized and professional office environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
Excellent organizational and time management
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and excel
