As we expand our capabilities, we are looking for a detail-driven and strategic Catalog Manager to help ensure that our clients’ digital storefronts are optimized, up-to-date, and high-performing.
Job OverviewThe Catalog Manager plays a critical role in managing and optimizing product data across multiple e-commerce platforms. This includes overseeing product listings, data accuracy, feed structures, and platform-specific requirements to support successful digital marketing campaigns and seamless shopping experiences.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who combines a strong eye for detail with a clear understanding of product information management (PIM), e-commerce trends, and platform requirements such as Meta Commerce Manager, Google Merchant Center, Shopify, and other product feed tools.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, E-Commerce, Information Management, Business, or a related field

2–3 years of experience managing e-commerce product catalogs, feeds, or inventory platforms

Prior experience with digital marketing teams or e-commerce agencies is highly beneficial

Familiarity with Shopify, Google Merchant Center, Facebook/Meta Catalogs, Amazon Seller Central, or similar tools
-
Deep understanding of e-commerce product feed structures and catalog data integrity

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills related to catalog and feed performance
-
Proficient in using spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), including formulas and data management
-
Experience using feed management tools (e.g., Feedonomics, Channable, DataFeedWatch) is an advantage
-
Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage large volumes of product data
-
Ability to work across departments with media buyers, content teams, and account managers
-
Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical issues into actionable tasks

A proactive, solutions-focused approach to catalog optimization
-
Manage and maintain accurate and optimized product catalogs across platforms like Google Shopping, Facebook/Instagram Shops, Shopify, etc.

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure catalog data aligns with marketing goals and campaign requirements
-
Set up, troubleshoot, and monitor product feeds to ensure they are functioning correctly and free of errors
-
Audit and clean product data to meet feed specifications and performance standards
-
Implement catalog updates based on promotional calendars, seasonal changes, or stock availability
-
Analyze catalog performance and suggest improvements to drive conversions and ROI
-
Work with developers, marketers, and designers to align product data with site experience and creative assets
-
Stay current with platform updates, feed requirements, and e-commerce best practices
