Food Clerk Administrator – Logistics & Delivery Operations (JB5296)

Shift 1: 07:30 – 15:30 | Shift 2: 15:15 – 22:00
R6 500 – R7 500 per month
6-Month Contract (Renewable)
Join a growing delivery company as a food clerk administrator, helping run the daily operations of the engine room. You'll support a high-volume food logistics hub, making sure drivers, deliveries, and schedules are on point — every day.
Minimum Requirements:
Matric
Experience working in a team environment and managing individual performance
Excellent verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Reliable and punctual, with own transport to office
Able to work either shift — morning or afternoon
Experience in courier, food delivery, or e-commerce environments a plus
Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor a live dispatch system for food delivery operations
Track on-time deliveries and manage live delivery exceptions
Handle real-time issues with drivers or restaurant orders
Assist with shift planning and help address driver shortages
Ensure smooth shift handovers and collaborate with your team
Complete basic reporting and admin support tasks
