Bookkeeper (Part-Time)

Bookkeeper (Part Time) Somerset West: My client, a leading supplier of premium shutters, blinds, awnings, and pergolas, is seeking to employ an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team. This is a permanent, part-time role ideally suited to a detail-oriented individual seeking morning-only work, three days per week. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Full creditors and debtors management
• Reconciliation of accounts
• General bookkeeping and administrative tasks
• Maintaining accurate financial records
• Working on the Xero Accounting system (advantageous)
• Providing excellent customer service and support
• Ensuring timely and professional communication with clients and stakeholders

Minimum Criteria:

• Matric with financial accreditation
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar role (15+ years preferred)
• High level of computer literacy
• Proficiency in both English and Afrikaans (read, write, speak)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience with Xero Accounting System is a strong advantage

Hours of work: :
3 days per week from 08h00 – 12h00
