Description:
Job Summary: We are seeking a meticulous Quality Controller to oversee and ensure the quality of products and processes within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
Monitor production processes to identify and address quality issues.
Strong knowledge and experience on Magnetic particle crack testing
Collaborate with teams to implement quality control procedures and standards.
Failure analysis and report writing on components returned from site as well as on-site
Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions.
Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance product quality.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Train staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in quality control or a related field.
Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in using testing equipment and software.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Quality Management or related areas.
Familiarity with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
Experience in the industry relevant to the role (e.g., manufacturing, Engineering, TMM Machines).
