Description:
Duties:Cleaning guest rooms: this includes making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, and restocking supplies like towels and toiletries.
Cleaning public areas: maintaining the cleanliness of hallways, elevators, lobbies, and other common areas.
Restocking supplies: ensuring a sufficient supply of cleaning products, linens, amenities, and other items needed for cleaning and guest comfort.
Reporting any issues: notifying management of any maintenance problems or guest complaints.
Maintaining a clean and organized environment: ensuring rooms are clean and presentable, and that all items are properly stored and organized.
Assisting with other tasks: such as laundry, linen management, or guest service.
Requirements:
Grade 12
At least 2 3 years experience in a large, luxury HOTEL environment.
Basic knowledge of Health & Safety and chemical cleaning uses
Able to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and order.
Physical Stamina
Able to manage tasks efficiently and keep track of supplies.
Able to complete assignments within a specific timeframe, particularly during busy seasons.
Excellent communication skills
