Minimum requirements:Matric 3 Years experience (junior position) Logistics background in international shipping and estimations Reside in Pretoria preferably or surroundings Minimum 3 years experience in international shipping Proven track record in new business development Strong understanding of shipping costs and estimations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Aggressive new client acquisition Prepare accurate international shipping estimates Calculate competitive freight costings Handle all pre-award client interactions and negotiations Build and maintain strong client relationships Regular client visits and relationship building Proactive follow-up on quotations Meet and exceed new business targets Convert prospects into active clients Strong sales and negotiation abilities Experience in freight cost calculations Understanding of shipping terms and Incoterms Computer literacy (MS Office Suite)
