Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls Manage front desk operations, including receiving and distributing mail Maintain a clean and organized reception area Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare meeting spaces
Requirements:
Previous experience in a receptionist or front-desk role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanour Strong organizational and time-management abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
