Responsible for first-class service control, ensuring timely response, follow-up, and professional customer handling within KPIs.
Abbreviated Duties:
Manages contract, STH, and PMA machine servicing according to manufacturer instructions (100% completion). Reviews job cards for additional repairs, assists with order numbers, and maintains accurate service schedules on ADP. Scheduling services Dispatching technicians efficiently Customer follow-up Report generation Adherence to company policiesEducational and Experience Required:
Grade 12 Call Centre training qualification or at least 1 years call centre service admin experience Forklift and/or automotive factory background MS office skills: MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
