- Develop and maintain strong client relationships across various industries
- Identify new business opportunities and grow our client base
- Source, screen, and present top candidates for our clients roles
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process from client briefing to offer stage
- Meet and exceed performance targets while building a robust pipeline
