Description:

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support the human resources operations of their hotel and game lodge. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth running of daily HR functions, including recruitment, employee records management, payroll support, compliance, and staff welfare programs. Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist with recruitment processes including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
  • Manage daily HR administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management
Requirements:
  • Matric (Grade 12) required
  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar administrative role
  • Sound knowledge of HR functions and best practices
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
