Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated In-House Headhunter to join our growing team. This role is critical to our continued success as we scale both locally and globally. As our internal talent acquisition expert, you will be responsible for proactively sourcing, engaging, and securing top-tier talent across creative, strategic, technical, and operational roles within the agency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively source and attract top talent through direct outreach, online platforms, and networking.

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and develop customized recruitment strategies.

  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key roles including digital strategists, performance marketers, UX/UI designers, developers, and account managers.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer negotiation.

  • Develop and maintain a strong employer brand presence across digital channels and within industry networks.

  • Keep up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends, tools, and best practices in the digital and e-commerce space.

  • Maintain accurate records and reporting of recruitment activities and candidate pipelines.


Requirements
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, headhunting, or recruitment within a digital agency or tech environment.

  • Strong knowledge of the digital marketing and e-commerce landscape.

  • Exceptional sourcing skills, including Boolean search and creative outreach methods.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.

  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.

  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and highly organized.

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus.


Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment/headhunting, ideally within the digital or creative industry.

  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • Familiarity with South African labor law and hiring practices.
