Receptionist

Description:

Friendly bilingual (English & Afrikaans) person (Male or Female) to handle telephonic enquiries and book jobs for a busy DSTV installation company in Centurion.

Must also find and order TV spare parts on the Internet.

Will be required to work as a cashier occasionally.

Requirements:

• Receptionist / Salesperson: 1 to 2 years

• Pleasant personality and telephone manners.
• Must have a technical aptitude to understand and answer our customer's technical questions.
• Sales skills to convince the public to use us for their installation or repair.
• Trustworthy and able to handle cash.
• Administrative skills - matric - computer literate - 30 WPM without mistakes.
• Must be able to work under pressure in a busy workplace.
• Must be able to work independently.
