Description:

To administer HR processes, plans and solutions plan in line with the needs and priorities of the Group. The incumbent is required to provide assistance to the HRBPs and Group Talent Manager in performing full generalist functions including recruitment and selection, employee relations, training and the supervision of hospital related administrative processes.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management.
  • 3 - 4 years human resource generalist experience.
  • Knowledge of relevant Labour Relations legislation.
  • Knowledge of Basic Conditions of Employment Act.

Minimum work experience:

  • Develops and delivers employee onboarding programmes in collaboration with HODs.
  • Interprets and helps in the application of HR policies to Head Office employees with queries and concerns.
  • Coordinates and supports the execution of recruitment and selection at Head Office.
  • Collects and compiles data on employee relations matters to support the Group ER Specialist.
  • Assists in the implementation of guidelines and procedures for handling employee grievances and disciplinary processes.
  • Collects, compiles and verifies data on human resource matters and provide integrated feedback to the Group Talent Manager for Group wide trend and pattern analysis.
  • Build professional long-term relationships with internal (Nurses, Hospital Management and Administrators) and external (Service Providers, Labour, CCMA) stakeholders.
  • Work with internal key leaders to build an escalation chain for internal crises (HR related).
  • Manage HR operations goals in a timeous and efficient manner.
  • Analyse information and reports to identify trends, discrepancies and inconsistencies for decision-making purposes.
  • Meet Quality Assurance standards and participate in HR audits.
