Description:
My client, legal firm based in Rivonia, is looking for a Court Messenger with immediate effect.
This person will be responsible for delivering variouis documents within and outside the court environment. They will ensure that documents are delivered to the right person and obtain necessary signatures to confirm receipt, they will track and record deliveries and assist in the courtroom by passing documents between attorneys, judges and court clerks. They will also conduct general admin and office duties. Confidentialty is extremely important as they will deal with highly important and sensitive documents.
Requirements:
- Court Messenger: 3 to 4 years
The ideal candidate MUST have previous experience as a Court Messenger - minimum 3 years experience. They must have a valid drivers licence as well as a clear criminal record.
Highly presentable and professional, excellent communication skills. Must have excellent time management skills and be an organised and punctual.
The position is based in Rivonia, and available with immediate effect.
Salary is R9000pm, no benefits. A company car is provided.
