Shifts: 6am – 6pm and 6pm – 6am (The company is a 24hr Operation)
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
-
Analyze and interpret trends to resolve complex or chronic process failures, increasing uptime and reducing unplanned downtime.
-
Be the custodian of condition monitoring, ensuring activities are carried out to the highest quality to improve equipment reliability.
-
Maintain responsibility for equipment specifications and engineering standards.
-
Support shutdown planning, execution, and post-mortem activities.
-
Identify, motivate, and implement improvement initiatives and capex projects.
-
Collaborate with Electrical Coordinator, Section Engineers, and Process Engineers in project design and execution in the mill.
