Description:
● Managing Team Calendar: Coordinate sales team by managing campus schedules and readiness to accept clients on site for career guidance, this includes scheduling meetings on Calendly/CRM for Student Advisors
● Data capturing
● Assisting with walk-ins, particularly when few consultants are present in the office.
● Assist Sales team with setting and confirmations of appointments when required.
● Venue preparation to receive clients daily (office and consultation areas)
● Monitor the stock levels of sales-related equipment or material (collateral used in direct marketing) and submit purchase orders timeously to the Sales Manager for approval if stock levels drop to a minimum level
● Assist in the preparation and organising of promotional material for events and client presentations on and off site when prompted
● Escalate complaints from customers to the Student Support team and give after-sales support feedback to Sales Manager and Student Support Manager
● Handle the processing of purchase orders for sales team travel and accommodation for outreach programs and ensuring that materials are stored where not used
● Availability at Open Days and covering at least one Saturday per month for registration support.
● The Sales Coordinator would function as support for both Open Window and Belgium iTversity in Stellenbosch.
12 Months Fixed term contract - 3 months probation period.
Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager (Stellenbosch)
Requirements:
● Proven experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
● Good computer skills (Google Drive, Sheets, Documents etc)
● Experience using CRM
● Proficiency in English and Afrikaans.
● Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving and proactive thinkin g
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● A team player with a high level of dedication.
● Punctual
● Own transport
● GR12 minimum with Certificate or Degree in Office, Sales or Business Management considered advantageous.
