Hire Resolve’s client in the IT industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Systems Implementation Lead in Centurion, Gauteng. This exciting opportunity features a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities:
- Define the project's scope, establish timelines, set milestones, and allocate resources effectively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into detailed system specifications.
- Lead and coordinate a cross-functional team throughout the entire implementation process.
- Manage the system's setup and customization to align with specific business requirements.
- Design and deliver training programs to facilitate smooth user adoption of new systems.
- Oversee the transition from old systems to new ones, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Ensure that all implementations meet quality standards and achieve the intended project goals.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to address and minimize their impact.
- Analyse and improve operational workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Coordinate with technology vendors to guarantee successful system implementation.
Requirements:
- A degree in BEng/BSc Industrial Engineering, BCom Logistics, or a related field is necessary.
- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or systems implementation is required.
- Exposure to ERP, WMS, and TMS systems is essential.
- Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency is necessary, and MS SQL experience is a plus.
- The ability to manage multiple initiatives and work effectively under pressure is important.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills are essential.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities are required.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing, are necessary.
- Leadership skills to coordinate teams and drive successful project execution are important.
