Minimum requirements:
South African Citizen Qualified Chartered Accountant (registration with SAICA) â?ª 4-6 years related experience post articles Experience in a manufacturing environment will be advantageous Audit Management/Supervision experience familiarity with audit processes and experience in collaborating with external auditors during financial audits Proven proficiency in financial reporting software and MS Excel (highly skilled in CRM utilization and Syspro) Demonstrated knowledge of bills of materials (BOMs) Fluent in both Afrikaans and EnglishKey performance areas (inclusive but not limited to):
Responsible for the day to day financial operations of the company â?ª Adept at optimising cost structures, implementing risk mitigation strategies, and ensuing compliance with financial commitments and forecasts Building and implementation of forecast plans, business strategy and Opex control â?ª Assess company performance in relation to annual budget and strategy Prepare financial models to evaluate the financial viability and conduct the necessary due diligence to inform the decision making Identifying and assessing business risk, within the portfolio and ensure the implementation of necessary controls in mitigation Oversee the finance department for the company to drive high performance within the finance function with a focus on teamwork and accountability to deliver commercial performance in order to exceed the financial targets and positively contribute to working capital efficiency.Knowledge, skills and competencies:
