Description:
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning
- Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
- Lead the financial planning and analysis team in preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Collaborate with other departments to gather data and insights to support financial planning and decision-making
- Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
- Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications:
- CIMA or CA(SA)
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software applications
