Description:

Join a prestigious and award-winning hospitality group known for its collection of luxury lodges, resorts, and boutique hotels across South Africa and beyond. We are seeking a Sales Executive who is polished, performance-driven, and passionate about premium guest experiences. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate, leisure, and travel trade partners
  • Drive sales and occupancy through proactive outreach, presentations, and networking
  • Manage bookings, group quotes, and promotional campaigns
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and client events
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and reservations to align strategies
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years’ experience in sales within the luxury hospitality or travel sector
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Existing network within the HNWI, travel agent, or DMC space advantageous
  • Willingness to travel to properties and key markets as required
