Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities for a range of products and solutions.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the regions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients, understand their requirements, and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, acting as a trusted advisor on the product offering.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers, explaining product features, benefits, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including manufacturing, projects team and sales support, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations to customers, highlighting the unique value proposition of the products and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to effectively position offerings and identify new business opportunities.
- Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the brand and expand the customer base.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, forecasts, and sales reports.

- Refrigeration industry experience preferable.
