We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Estimator to join our team in JHB South – Tulisa Park. This role plays a key part in the sales and production process, handling inquiries, generating accurate quotes, processing orders, and coordinating closely with the factory to ensure timely and precise delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, a solid understanding of technical drawings, and a customer-focused mindset. Daily responsibilities include managing sales orders, liaising with internal departments, monitoring production schedules, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. Proficiency in AutoCAD and experience in technical estimating are advantageous Role Title: Estimator

Role Description

• Responsibly and efficiently handle all inquiries regarding sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Diligently check and maintain accurate pricing for customers to ensure consistency and transparency.
• Analyze and generate technical drawings (advantageous).
• Create comprehensive and accurate quotes to provide customers with precise pricing information.
• Effectively process customer orders with precision and efficiency, ensuring smooth order management.
• Create official sales orders and coordinate their seamless transfer to the factory.
• Maintain effective communication with the factory, coordinating timeframes and delivery dates to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor the production schedule daily to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
• Arrange couriers for the delivery of orders, ensuring efficient and reliable shipping.
• Maintain the highest level of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
• Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and achieve common goals.
• Proactively follow up on sales activities, order statuses, and delivery dates to ensure timely and accurate updates.
• Work closely with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer payments.
