Duties & Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead & Scale

Drive outbound telesales performance across large teams.

Take full ownership of operations, people, processes, and platforms.

Recruit, coach, and develop sales agents to unlock their full potential.
Campaign & Performance Management

Build and optimise innovative sales campaigns that accelerate growth and retention.

Use data, insights and KPIs to continuously sharpen productivity and profitability.

Oversee lead management, quality, compliance, and client satisfaction delivery.
Sales Leadership & Strategy

Align sales strategies with key financial services products and regulatory compliance.

Collaborate with training, recruitment, and enablement teams to fast-track onboarding and talent development.

Driving brand led strategies.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualifications:

Business/Financial/Commercial Diploma or Degree.

Management qualification an advantage.

Regulatory accreditation (FAIS compliant).
