Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Cape Town, South Africa
Employment Type: Full-Time | On-site / Hybrid

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to our senior executive. Based in Cape Town, this role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where no two days are the same. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a wide range of executive-level support tasks with discretion and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements (local and international)

  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings

  • Act as a gatekeeper and point of contact between executives, staff, clients, and external partners

  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion

  • Assist with preparation of presentations, reports, and correspondence

  • Coordinate internal and external events and functions

  • Maintain filing systems and oversee office-related administrative tasks

  • Support project management and operational efficiency initiatives as required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role (3+ years preferred)

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration or related field is advantageous
