Join one of South Africa’s top hospitality brands as a Sales Manager overseeing luxury lodges, hotels, and private villas. We’re looking for a strategic, client-focused professional with a proven record of driving revenue through relationship-led sales. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute high-end sales strategies targeting HNWIs, DMCs, and global travel partners
- Represent the brand at international and local trade shows
- Manage corporate, MICE, and leisure accounts
- Track KPIs, manage CRM systems, and prepare sales reports
- Minimum 4–6 years in luxury hospitality sales (lodges/hotels)
- Existing network of travel industry contacts (local and international)
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel regionally and internationally
