We are searching for a Sous Chef / Assistant Kitchen Manager with refined culinary skills and a passion for high standards. Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Executive Chef in running all kitchen operations
- Manage prep, service, and stock control
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and plating standards to 5-star expectations
- Mentor junior chefs and ensure guest satisfaction at every meal
- 3+ years in a Sous Chef or leadership role at a luxury lodge or fine dining venue
- Culinary qualification essential
- Strong leadership, plating, and time-management skills
- Experience with safari lodge service styles a plus
- English and Afrikaans speaking
