Personal Assistant to support our Group CEO. The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator with a strong attention to detail, adept at managing multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment. As the Personal Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing calendars, travel arrangements, correspondence, and meetings. Your proficiency in MS Office, MS Teams, Zoom, and Outlook will be essential to your success in this position. You will also serve as a trusted point of contact, maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion. This role requires a resilient, proactive individual, who is available immediately and capable of working remotely and adapting to flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Group CEO

  • Efficiently manage and coordinate daily schedules, meetings, and appointments for the Group CEO.

  • Arrange personal appointments for the CEO and family members, including medical visits.

  • Organize both local and international travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodation, and liaising with service providers.

  • Coordinate payments and purchases as requested, working closely with the CEO’s personal banker when necessary.

  • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring proper filing, printing, and document management.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to a CEO or senior executive.

  • Matric and a relevant qualification in Business Administration or a related field is advantageous.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Outlook , and familiarity with office productivity tools.

  • Advanced skills in MS Teams, Zoom, JIRA , and the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
