Outbound Sales Agents – Contract Roles | Start 1 June 2025 | Based in Randburg

Are you confident on the phone, skilled at handling objections, and hungry to hit your sales targets? We’re growing our outbound campaign and looking for 20 dynamic telephonic sales agents to join our team in Randburg by 1 June 2025 .


About the Role:

Join a well-established, owner-managed call centre with 70+ staff across support, accounts, HR, and operations. We’re focused on scaling our funeral cover campaign and need agents who thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment .



What We’re Looking For:

  • Candidates who bring enthusiasm, energy, and a fresh approach to sales
  • Ideal for individuals in the early stages of their career looking to grow in telesales and insurance
  • Experience: 1–2 years in telephonic sales, ideally within insurance or related fields
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
  • Background: Previous BPO experience is ideal
  • Skills: Strong objection handling, clear communication, confident phone presence
  • Lead Type: Strictly cold leads – no warm or inbound leads
  • Advantageous: Exposure to short-term insurance, even at a basic level

Salary & Structure:

  • R6,300 base salary
  • Commission: R50 per sale
  • Target: Minimum 4 sales per day

Working Hours:
  • Mon – Fri (08h00–17h00)

Training & Contract:

  • 1-month paid training (salary paid during training)
  • Contract renewable every 2 months, based on performance
  • Full-time onsite trainer to support performance and improvement
  • Monthly Performance Improvement Plan in place to guide success

  • Start Date: 1 June 2025
