You'll play a pivotal role in supporting world-class manufacturing principles by ensuring equipment condition monitoring is executed with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field readings and measurements on ECM elements Analyse ECM data and interpret findings to support plant health Coordinate with service providers for further analysis Maintain and update ECM databases and SharePoint reports Provide follow-up on flagged equipment issues Adhere to ECM work processes and best practicesIdeal Candidate Will Have:
Matric with Mathematics and Science Relevant Degree/Diploma Certified in Cat 2 Equipment Condition Monitoring (Cat 3 will be advantageous) Experience with ECM software (e.g. vibration monitoring, ultrasonic tools) Mechanical Trade Test (relevant) 25 years' experience in a maintenance environment as an ECM Technician EE Disclaimer:
