Junior Account Manager (Marketing)

This role involves managing assigned client campaigns, acting as the primary point of contact, and ensuring effective execution and excellent outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client campaigns. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts, ensuring that marketing objectives and goals are consistently met. Lead and coordinate weekly and monthly client meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and discuss campaign performance. Identify and pursue new business development opportunities to drive revenue growth. Oversee the planning, execution, and implementation of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Create detailed campaign reports, including performance insights and recommendations for improvements. Manage and create content for all social media platforms, ensuring alignment with client brand guidelines and marketing strategies. Ensure that all campaigns are executed within the agreed scope, meeting client expectations and company standards. Requirements:
Bachelorâ??s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field would be an advantage Min of 1 year of experience in account management, marketing, or client-facing roles preferred. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies is a plus. Successful candidate must e well-articulated and good at rapport and relationship building Highly organized, driven, and committed to continuous learning and development. Strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required. Strong self-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinking and problem-solving ability to adapt and respond to challenges.
