Minimum requirements:Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role Knowledge of Pastel Finance and sage is essential Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to handle a variety of tasks and deadlines in a fast- paced environment Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Relevant Diploma/ Degree in Accounting Finance or Business Administration Previous Experience with stock management and invoicing is a plus Duties and Responsibilities:
Vetting and managing overdue accounts Process customer's statements using Sage Opening new accounts on Sage Handle credit approval and limits Legal handover of accounts for recovery Assist with general ledger entries Strong Proficiency in Pastel Finance and Sage systems Handle tele-sales operations and customer enquiries, ensuring prompt responses and customer-related activities
