You're a Computer Science, Data Science, or Statistics graduate with 3+ years' experience in machine learning, data science, or AI development. Proficient in Python and ML libraries, you excel in preprocessing and analysing large datasets, deploying ML models, and ensuring their performance over time. Your skills include strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and collaboration with stakeholders. Familiarity with SQL, big data technologies, and MLOps tools is essential.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Data Scientist, you'll play a pivotal role in developing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models to extract insights, automate processes, and drive data-driven decision-making. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into scalable ML solutions. Your duties will include designing, training, and optimising models for classification, regression, clustering, and recommendation systems, as well as deploying these models into production and monitoring their performance.
You'll work closely with engineering teams to integrate ML solutions into business applications, conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate model effectiveness, and maintain and improve existing ML pipelines. Documenting methodologies, experiments, and model performance for reproducibility is crucial. Staying updated with the latest advancements in ML/AI, you'll propose innovative solutions to enhance predictive systems and ensure continuous improvement.
