Key Responsibilities
- Manage all front of house operations, including reception, concierge, guest services, and lobby areas
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing FOH team
- Ensure all guest interactions reflect professionalism, care, and a can-do attitude
- Handle guest feedback, special requests, and escalations with grace and urgency
- Collaborate with housekeeping and F&B to ensure seamless daily operations
- Maintain high standards of presentation and service in all front-facing areas
Requirements:
