We offer a full-service experience under one roof, supported by a skilled and dynamic team.Position OverviewWe are looking for a Parts Coordinator to support and streamline the administration of our parts department. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative foundation and practical knowledge of workshop environments. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all administrative functions related to the parts department.
  • Open job cards and capture timesheets.
  • Process supplier invoices and credit notes.
  • Perform job costing and generate purchase orders.
  • Maintain accurate filing of all parts-related documentation.
  • Respond to internal and external queries related to parts and procurement.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between workshop, suppliers, and internal departments.
Requirements
  • Minimum: Grade 12 with Mathematics and Accounting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Previous experience with Sage Evolution software is highly advantageous.
  • Fluency in both Afrikaans and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience in a heavy-duty mechanical workshop or earthmoving equipment environment is highly desirable.

Remuneration : Negotiable based on skill and experience
