Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Vehicle Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles, excellent customer service skills, and a strong ability to close sales. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process, from the initial inquiry to the final sale.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable new vehicles.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
Provide detailed information on vehicles, features, pricing, and financing options.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and manufacturer incentives.
Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales effectively.
Process all paperwork related to the sale accurately and efficiently.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers to build strong relationships and generate referrals.
Achieve individual and dealership sales targets and KPIs.
Stay informed about industry trends, new models, and competitor offerings.
