Introduction:The purpose of this role is to design and maintain new and improve upon existing- processes and systems within the IS / IT environment and the business by leveraging your skills in big-data, coding, and system architecture.
Description:
- Daily administration of workflow systems such as Nintex, PowerAutomate, PowerFlow
- Maintenance of IT Service Management tooling within the ManageEngine product stack, with a specific focus on ServiceDesk Plus
- Developing scripts / applications to automate tasks within your portfolio
- Basic monitoring and maintaining big-data applications and Business Intelligence (BI) applications
- Basic administration of MS SQL, POSTGRESSQL databases
- Monitoring and maintaining integration links between various down- or up-stream systems
- Report writing
- Facilitating resolution of bugs and issues identified in the above applications with 3rd parties
- To uphold and promote the company values and culture
Grade 12 or equivalent
Relevant IT/IS Qualification, with a specific focus on Computer Science
Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with databases, coding languages, big-data and business intelligence applications
Familiarity with IT Service Management principles, specifically ITIL v4
