Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling and co-ordinating with service providers on all facilities in the building, including but not limited to:
- Aircon Maintenance
- Fumigation
- Access Control Support and Maintenance
- Camera Support and Maintenance
- PV System Support & Maintenance
- Electrical Systems Support and Maintenance
- Plumbing Maintenance
- Garden Service
- I.T related issues
- Cleaner Co-ordination
- General Building Maintenance
- Facilitating events
- Facilitating training
- Opening the building each morning at 08:00 and locking it at 17:30 daily
