*Key Responsibilities: *
- Greet and assist guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Manage reservations and check-in/check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about local attractions
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
- Collaborate with the hotel team to ensure outstanding guest experience
*Ideal Candidate: *
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Computer literate and familiar with hotel management software
