TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Guest Service Co-Ordinator within the Financial Services division at Piet Retief, Mpumalanga.Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversee all maintenance and repairs on Welverdiend site including student housing & permanent residences
- Obtain and manage costs of repairers
- Regular checks to ensure quality and safety on premises
- Daily cash-ups at nursery
- Control daily invoices and stock reports
- Monthly stock takes at nursery
- Goods received on AS400 & stock control
- Costing of functions
- Cardex Maintenance
- Flexcard recons for purchases of all operational points
- Update and maintain rates on booking platforms and internal systems
- Marketing of Welverdiend on social platforms and other media
- Planning and managing events
- Guesthouse management and occupancy
- Assist the Welverdiend Manager with new initiatives to grow revenue and expand service offering
- Manage customer expectations
Qualifications and Skills
- Digital marketing and/or event management experience
- Computer & basic IT knowledge
- Semper & online booking platform knowledge (advantageous)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity at all time
- Ability to manage and drive personnel effectively towards shared goals
- Have a passion to work in the industry
- Valid Driver’s License
