Earthmoving Plant Manager

Hire Resolve's Client, a great mining company in the Northern Cape, is currently looking for a skilled Earthmoving Plant Manager to join their mining team.

• Grade 12 or Equivalent .
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent N6 – Compulsory .
• Engineering Trade passed – compulsory .
• Experience in supplier management, warranty management, quality control and plant failure investigations .
• Preferably at least three to five years’ experience in the maintenance of a variety of Earthmoving Equipment including Excavators, Face Shovels, Dozers and Loaders .
• Must have demonstrated skills, experience & proven ability to maintain 85% fleet availability .
• At least three years’ technical service experience (at Supervisory/Managerial level) .
• Major rebuild of heavy earthmoving equipment experience
